Not whisky this time, but rum. And what's more, a Dutch rum! From the same distillery that brings us the various different whiskies and liquors.

Nose: sweet, vanilla pods, honey, dry, fruity, dates, banana peel, red apples

Palate: sweet, maple syrup, creamy, red apples, dry, banana peel

Finish: sweet, syrup, medium long, banana, dry
Mark: +++++ 

Conclusion: Very likeable stuff. Some rums can be a little harsh at times, but this is quite gentle and dangerously quaffable.
