A Bruichladdich distilled in 2003, fully matured in a European oak ex-Sherry cask since then.

62.2% abv, €125, single malt, non-chill filtered, natural colour

Nose: sweet, vanilla, spicy, candied ginger, cinnamon, a hint of allspice, dried fruits, plums, raisins, nuts, almonds, worn leather, tobacco leaves

Palate: hot, sweet, creamy, spicy, cinnamon, dried fruits, plums, raisins

Finish: sweet, honey, floral, honeysuckle, long, warming, mineral
Mark: +++++ 

Conclusion: Beautiful again. If you would stumble this release for a good price, do not hesitate for too long, someone else might snatch it away.
