.nzwc - south island single malt - 21yo
New Zealand Whisky! Created completely from New Zealand grown barley, distilled in the Willowbank distillery in Dunedin, aged for 21 years in ex-Bourbon barrels. The distillery in Dunedin is no longer operational, but the New Zealand Whisky Collection has found and rescued the stock, for us to enjoy.

The New Zealand Whisky Collection - Doublewood aged for 15 years - Dunedin MasterBlended Whisky - DoubleWood. Quite a mouthful, and with all the spices running around on your palate, she really lives up to that, although she might have had a little more oumpf with a slightly higher abv.
