Nose: sweet, vanilla, fresh green wood, mint, green herbs, thyme, rosemary, fruits, apples, peach, apricots
Palate: sweet, spicy, white pepper, fruity, apples, creamy mouth feel
Finish: sweet, dried fruits, herbs, laurel, a hint of sage, medium long

Conclusion: Rather nice. Previous editions of the official bottling of Glen Scotia, seemed not to be doing it for me entirely, but with this release I just am convinced that, with proper cask management, they can claim their place in my cabinet.
