Palate: unexpectedly gentle at first, then spicy, jalapeño peppers, sweet, dried fruits, barbecue smoke, bacon
Finish: strong, smoke, barbecue, roasted meat - closed to being burned, iron

Conclusion: I like it, although it is a bit too full of smoke and barbecue for my taste at this moment (summertime). Too bad the sample is depleted, since I would like to have another go at it in winter.
