De IJsvogel, a small distillery in a watermill in Arcen, in the South of the Netherlands, producing many liquors, a small batch of whisky (one cask per year on average) have now produced a gin too. Created with fifteen different herbs and botanicals, including juniper, hops, blueberry, rhubarb citrus and cardamom.

Conclusion: not what one would expect from gin, except when you are looking for liquid marzipan.
