From independent single malt bottler to distillery owner and distiller, Erik Molenaar is living the dream. His first product (after only three months!) is a gin. From the first moment, it is a gin that can be measured amongst the big ones.

Nose: fresh, citrus, oranges, limes, spicy, cinnamon, juniper berries, fresh ginger, herbs, thyme, oregano

Palate: fresh, sweet berries, spicy, cinnamon, herbs, a hint of coriander, cinnamon, fresh ginger, slightly drying mouthfeel

Finish: fresh, citrus, juicy limes, medium long, lime zest
Mark: +++++ 

Conclusion: Still, I am not a gin drinker, but every now and then I meet a gin that I really like. A good gin to be drinking straight.
