Conclusion: a fairly balanced blend, which at the same time might make it a little too bland to do the trick for me. I am not sure if I would invest 85 pounds in order to get my hands on this. If anyone would have a box to spare though, it would make a nice trinket, with all four sides folded out and framed on the wall of our whisky room.
More info: Only 1000 bottles of this limited blend have been produced in 2012, but is apparently still available in the online store at Selfridges. Unlike most other Compass box whiskies, there is not much information available as to what whiskies are used to create this blend.
