Palate: sweet, vanilla, fruits, pears, red fruit, berries, spicy, red pepper, floral, roses

Conclusion: a bit too sweet and floral for my taste, and the ham is a little off too. No need to wake me up for this one...

Fun fact, the abv on these bottles is either 50,5% of 47,8%. Not really cask strength, but truth be told, it is not mentioned as such on the packaging either.
