Nose: sweet, honey, candied ginger, fruit, applesauce, citrus, pomelo, spicy, allspice, cilantro
Palate: sweet, creamy, fat mouthfeel, slight dry notes, nuts, caramel
Finish: sweet, spicy, medium dry, fresh ginger root, citrus, marmalade
Mark: +++++

Conclusion: Nice to drink on her own, but there are more beautiful editions, since this is a bit raw on the edges. Whenever I feel like Irish Coffee, this is the Irish whiskey I like to use, which reflects in the higher mark.
