Nose: wood, cork, herbs, sour berries, blueberries, sweet, vanilla, marshmallows
Palate: fresh berries, raspberries, raspberries, sweet and sour
Finish: short, sour berries, dry
Mark: +/++++

Conclusion: nothing great.

More info: Janz Whisky from brewery/ distillery 't Koelschip in Almere, Netherlands. Possibly the Netherlands' smallest - legal - distillery, which only produces about 60 litres of spirit per year. The spirit is matured in small oak casks, where it rests for at least three years and a day. Not something to look out for.
