Nose: young, harsh, fermenting fruit, sweet
Palate: sweet, strong, fermenting fruit
Finish: strong, sweet, dried fruit, prunes, raisins
Mark: +++++
Conclusion: way too young. Knowing some old bottlings from yesteryear, I am confident that she will get there eventually. With this bottling I am thinking of experimenting with in some way - with wood-chips or a small oak cask maybe. I can not honestly recommend her as she is now; she needs some more time on the inside of a good cask.
This bottle will be nice to try next to the Clearac and Peated new-make spirits we have found, and the 1 year old Fledgeling XB.
