55% abv, €50, single malt, non-chill filtered, natural color, single cask, cask strength

Nose: peat smoke, meat, barbecue, sweet, green tea, iron, tannin
Palate: fat mouthfeel, sweet, spicy, honey, floral, heather, smoke
Finish: long, spicy, smoke, ash, pepper
Mark: +++++

Conclusion: Lovely stuff, albeit with a bit of a bite.

More info: cask #BA2013/447, 1 of 334 bottles, bottled in February 2013. This is alleged to be an Ardbeg and I can only agree.
