Nose: Salted butter, salted popcorn, baked unions, barber's shop, limes, cardboard
Palate: Round, spicy like white peppers, salter butter and oliveoil
Finish: Short, warm, round, but especially buttery, fat with a small bitter afterthought.
Score: +++++
Conclusion: I have found two bottlings of this vintage on the internet. One is bottled in 2008, and one in 2010. Both versions is sold out at Gordon & Macphail, and she is difficult to find in stores and online. Not that that matters, because I would not recommend buying a bottle.
Official name on the bottle: Bunnahabhain - 1997 - the Macphail's selected single distillery collection
